OUR annual Charity Bike Ride IS BACK, THIS YEAR WE WILL BE CYCLING AROUND CYPRUS from SUNday 22ND - sUNday 29th September 2024.
This is a bucket-list-must for any cycling enthusiast, or once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for those less experienced.
You will explore Cyprus with like-minded colleagues along bespoke bike routes tailored to meet all ability levels.
Equipped with a carbon road bike and surrounded by infectious team spirit, you will undoubtedly achieve the impossible.
When you’re not busy navigating the dynamic cycling routes, you’ll be relaxing in great company, staying half board at the 4* Athena Beach Hotel in Paphos. Lavishly renovated and generously upgraded, the Athena Beach Hotel proudly offers guests a superb standard of service and comfort, equivalent to those of a luxurious 5-star hotel.
The hotel is situated directly on the beach in Kato Paphos, a pleasant walk away from the picturesque harbour, the archaeological sites, the shops and the nightlife.
Your host, Victor Pajak of Headquarters Hair Salon in Surrey, is an experienced cyclist and has hosted the Charity’s annual bike ride for many years.
The fundraising generated from the event enables the Charity to continue its vital work providing a financial lifeline to struggling industry professionals and their families. Your donations help to make life a little easier for struggling families who have nowhere else to turn.

Day 1: Welcome to Cyprus! Your transfer will collect you from the airport and take you to the hotel for a welcome drink and check in before your bike fit ready for the morning.
Day 2: Kelokedara Switchbacks | Distance: 70 km | Elevation: 890 m
Day 3: Kathikas Village | Distance: 60 km | Elevation: 940 m
Day 4: Salamiou Village | Distance: 75 km | Elevation: 1270 m
Day 5: Latchi Harbour | Distance: 98 km | Elevation: 1630 m

The cycle ride is limited to 40 participants to ensure everyone’s safety.
Places will be allocated as soon as your deposit is received, on a first come first served basis subject to availability.

In order to qualify for free return airport transfers, you need to book your flights in line with the recommended flights above. This is due to only two transfers being included in the package.
Any arrivals or departures outside the suggested flight times will incur additional costs.

It will be your own responsibility to arrange travel insurance to include cover for cycling.

Please note that a double/twin room is included as part of your package, which will be shared unless you specify that you would prefer single occupancy.
Participants are allocated rooms on same sex sharing.
Single occupancy will be subject to a surcharge of an additional £50 per night, and there are limited single rooms available so will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

We work with a specialist travel operator to ensure that all levels of cycling abilities are catered for.

You have the option of a Full Carbon Road Bike or to bring your own. Electric Bikes are also available for a small surcharge.
Please note: if you are bringing your own bike, you will need to factor in the additional cost your airline will charge you.

To guarantee your place, an immediate deposit of £100 per person is required. Spaces are limited – so don’t miss out!
The remaining balance, £595 (for 5 night stay) per person OR £800 (for 7 night stay) per person, is due by 30th June 2024.
Payments can be made via the Hair and Beauty Charity website shop or by direct bank transfer (bank details provided on request, please give us a call on 01234 831888).
Your fundraising pledge, minimum £300, is due by 31st October 2024.
